About AI Escape

Practical AI systems for teams with real operating work.

AI Escape helps teams move from loose AI experiments to supervised workflows: systems that research, prepare, check, route, and package work while keeping ownership and approval visible.

People

The technical and operational pair behind AI Escape.

Maxwell A. Weinzierl, founder and CEO of AI Escape Founder & CEO / AI and NLP research scientist

Maxwell A. Weinzierl, PhD

Max founded AI Escape after more than a decade working in AI. His Computer Science research at the University of Texas at Dallas focused on Natural Language Processing, social media, and public health; he defended his Ph.D. in spring 2025.

  • Built from a CS path at UT Dallas: B.S. in Computer Science, M.S. specializing in Intelligent Systems, and a Ph.D. focused on NLP, social media, public health, and machine learning.
  • Applied social-media NLP in Amazon Alexa research scientist internships, including large annotation pipelines, feedback categorization, and real-time systems for high-volume social posts.
  • Connects production AI architecture, agentic systems, evaluation, rollout guardrails, and model or vendor decisions back to the workflow a team actually needs to operate.

Consulting process

From discovery to a system your team can keep improving.

01 Discovery: understand the business, goals, current AI adoption, and one workflow worth proving.
02 Strategy development: create an AI plan aligned with the work, team, and operating constraints.
03 Implementation planning: define milestones, systems, owners, and review points before the build.
04 Execution support: work alongside the team during implementation rather than leaving only advice.
05 Optimization and growth: improve the system after real use and decide what should scale next.
